Opening state-of-the-art PCB focused coating center in the Midwest region.

Successful re-certification of both California and Connecticut Operations and Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C.

MAF/FDA Master File registration. This record with FDA allows customers to use our process information on their premarket approval applications (PMAs), investigational device exemptions (IDEs), premarket notification submissions (510 (k)s), reclassification petitions, color additive petitions, or other submissions to FDA as applied to Parylene coating.

Para Tech obtains ITAR registration a part of our commitment to protect sensitive data, especially from being released to foreign persons. The registration is a demonstration of longtime policies.

Certified to AS9100 standard and recertified in October 2011 to latest version, rev. C. Para Tech is the first Parylene conformal coating supplier to be certified to the aerospace standard. This accomplishment has enabled us to meet the high level of quality required by the aerospace and military industries.

Para Tech is certified to the standards of ISO9001 and later recertified in 2009 to ISO9100:2008. The quality management system (QMS) certification allowed recognition by key customers on the aerospace & military (A&D) and medical industries.

Para Tech expands and opens a second coating center in Middletown, Connecticut, to facility growing business demand in the region.

Patent #5,268,033 filed for Table Top Parylene Deposition System. To date the only compact table top type conformal coating system in the market place. System is ideal for small productions runs and R&D applications.

Patent #5,167,718 filed for an improved Parylene Deposition Chamber design featuring tangential and rotational monomer flow. The unique design greatly increases coating uniformity, reduces process time and dimer consumption. This technology is exclusive to Para Tech and to this day sets our deposition systems apart from other coating companys' machines available in the market place.

Para Tech Coating opens sales location in the Northeast region to better serve increasing client base in the area.

Patent #4,945,856 filed for first modular deposition system design that greatly increases efficiency and solidifies Para Tech's position as a manufacturer of high quality Parylene vacuum deposition systems.

Para Tech purchases land in newly incorporated Aliso Viejo, California, and builds the facility that still houses company headquarters.

Para Tech Coating expands by adding an equipment division. Hundreds of conformal coating systems built since then with three main models in high demand. The first machine ever made is still in operation.

Para Tech is granted exclusive distribution of Parylene dimer (now under the Galxyl brand) whereby introducing a competitive product into the marketplace.

Company is established with first commercial license purchased from Union Carbide to sell Parylene.
